SHIPPING INFORMATION

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Shipping fee: Free Shipping Over $49.99

Note: There may be delivery delays in rare instances, where packages may take longer to be delivered than the listed time frame. However, the longest time will not exceed 30 days. You can contact us by email at any time to resolve your problem.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will only cover shipping if the item is damaged and needs to be replaced.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

We take full responsibility for the loss, damage, and delay of the package during transportation. If the buyer chooses another carrier, the buyer must bear the responsibility for the transportation process.
